Meet GEORGIA LASKEY
As a seasoned yoga and mat pilates teacher with over 1,000 classes taught, Georgia will guide you through every step needed to formulate, teach, and execute an amazing pilates sculpt class.
This four-week intensive training program begins on July 18th and takes place on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Georgia will teach you how to execute and cue Mat Pilates exercises and program classes for different settings. We deep dive into anatomy and biomechanics
This comprehensive training will provide you with the tools and confidence to teach Mat Pilates Sculpt effectively. No prior Pilates experience is required to enroll.
Upon successfully completing the training, students will receive a certificate from Class 46 & Georgia Laskey acknowledging their completion of Class 46 Mat Pilates Teacher Training.
